The role turns diverse data into actionable insights for planning, enrollment strategies, and program development.

The Analyst will create and maintain analytical products, interpret data, and present findings via reports and visuals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
Experience in institutional research, data analytics, or higher education research.
Experience preparing, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Strong written and verbal communication, and data quality focus.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently.

Prepare, integrate, and validate data from multiple sources.
Translate stakeholder needs into reporting solutions and document data sources.
Conduct institutional analysis and market research related to students and programs.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data literacy.
Develop quick-reference guides, infographics, and training materials.
