Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of relevant experience in institutional research, data analytics, business intelligence, or related areas.
• Experience preparing, cleaning, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources and developing dashboards or data visualizations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools to support planning and decision-making.
• Prepare, integrate, and validate data from multiple sources, improving accuracy and efficiency through automated processes.
• Conduct analyses of institutional data related to students, enrollment, programs, and market conditions to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with departments to improve reporting processes and promote data literacy.
