Qualifications

• Three years of analytics, reporting, data management experience.
• Experience with EPIC is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; a relevant master's may substitute for up to two years of experience.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytic requirements and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to develop reports, dashboards, and analyses that support decision-making.
• Extract, prepare, validate, and interpret data from clinical, operational, financial, and administrative sources using SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools, Python, or R.
• Define, document, and validate KPIs, data definitions, and reporting methodologies; promote enterprise-wide measures.
• Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes; collaborate with owners and IT teams to implement solutions.
• Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and exploratory analyses; communicate findings via visualizations and summaries for various audiences.
• Manage analytics requests and projects through intake, prioritization, development, testing, deployment, and documentation processes.
• Support responsible use of AI by defining business context and assessing output quality.
• Participate in analytics pods and governance activities; mentor less-experienced analysts.
