The Data Insights Analyst is responsible for acquiring, managing, and analyzing data to be presented to internal teams, clients, and partners. The analyst leads onboarding of electronic data trading partners and ensures successful implementation. Responsibilities also include monitoring data submissions and resolving data quality issues.

Requirements

• Develop reports and analytics using data from data warehouses and Salesforce, utilizing Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
• Provide insights by analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Apply statistical analysis to uncover data relationships.
• Create visualizations and narratives to explain data insights.
• Identify and investigate outliers or anomalies.
• Review and QA data and reports before sharing with clients.
• Communicate with customers regarding data needs and deadlines.
• Research and resolve data quality issues.
• Manage partner requests regarding data specifications.
• Configure mapping tools for data translation, testing, and documentation.
• Act as an internal and external expert on data requirements.
• Stay updated on data specification changes.
• Lead client/web-based training on data specifications.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Thrives in entrepreneurial environments.
• Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting preferred.
• Experience with healthcare or pharmacy data preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL required.
• Previous client-facing experience required.
• Must be responsive, able to work under pressure, and demonstrate urgency.
