Engage! Learning, Inc. dba engage2learn is seeking a Data & Insights Analyst to support data-driven decision-making. This full-time role is remote within the United States and focuses on analyzing survey results, building dashboards, and presenting findings to district leaders.

You will collaborate with engineering to validate data quality, automate survey processes, and deliver clear data insights to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, educational research, or program evaluation.
• Proficiency in at least one analysis language (Python, Stata, or R) and experience with BI tools for data visualization.
• Strong understanding of survey measurement concepts and experience with quality assurance on data outputs.
• Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics) and interest in modernizing data tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, research, or education-related field, or equivalent experience.
