Independent Health is seeking a Data Innovation Analyst-Intermediate to transform data into actionable insights, develop reports, dashboards, and analytics models to improve care quality and reduce costs. The role collaborates across teams and embraces new technologies, with a hybrid on-site requirement in Williamsville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/research discipline required; Master's preferred.
• Three years of analytics experience required; managed health care preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; knowledge of healthcare data concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven solutions; create reports, dashboards, and analytical models for actionable insights.
• Handle multiple projects and respond to day-to-day requests with deliverables.
• Present outputs in user-friendly formats and provide recommendations.
• Stay current with data tech trends and collaborate with Informatics teams to establish data lineages.
• Review data for accuracy before releasing reports to QA and customers.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes using new technologies.
