Eleven Recruiting’s client, an investment firm, seeks a Technical Project Manager, Data Initiatives (Ops) to join their Data Solutions team in Chicago or Los Angeles. You will lead executive-facing delivery of strategic data initiatives, collaborating with technology, risk, compliance and operations to ensure timely, well-governed outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in data/tech leadership, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong proficiency in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of experience in project, program, or delivery leadership roles within data, technology, or financial services environments.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with ability to write clear decks and summaries for C-suite audiences.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with good judgment to apply the right approach.
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of data initiatives, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are tracked and communicated.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, business, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Support adoption and change management through clear documentation and communications.
• Produce executive updates highlighting progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions.
• Learn and document key aspects of the firm’s data environment, focusing on governance, data definitions, reporting practices.
• Support data foundation efforts such as cloud migration, data modeling, data dictionaries, reporting frameworks, and data warehouse decommissioning.
• Contribute to initiatives involving master data management (MDM) and investment data platforms, ensuring outputs are clear for executives.
