Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Data Analyst/Tableau Developer to turn data into actionable insights. The role spans Tableau development, CRM support, and database work, with responsibilities across real estate, fleet, and financial data.

You will collaborate on BI dashboards, CRM systems, and data pipelines while applying Agile/Waterfall methodologies to deliver value. Onsite in Columbia, SC, with a focus on stakeholder communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with Tableau development and deployment.
• Working knowledge of database principles and design.
• Experience with CRM development and support.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis on real estate, fleet metrics, and financial data to support administrative management initiatives using Excel, Tableau, MS Power BI, R, Python, and SAS.
• Perform development in database environments such as MS SQL Server Management, Azure Synapse, or similar environments.
• Assist with support of the Tableau environment and associated public-facing dashboards.
• Perform development and/or support in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
• Participate in software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and DevOps.
• Provide data-focused strategies that add value to the organization and promote efficiency.
• Create detailed documentation that facilitates the use and future modification of dashboards.
• Perform data analysis and provide data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
• Develop and support customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Position Overview

Work across public-facing dashboards, data analysis, database environments, and customer relationship management systems in a role focused on turning data into useful, data-driven insights. This position combines Tableau development and support with database work, CRM development/support, and detailed technical documentation.
