Job summary

Dow is seeking a Data Governance Analyst / Business Process Specialist in Midland, MI or Houston, TX to drive governance, metadata, and data quality across enterprise data assets.

You will partner with business and technical teams to document definitions, ownership, lineage, and catalog content, ensuring governance standards are applied consistently while supporting stewardship activities and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience per listing.
• At least 2 years in data governance or related field.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute data governance processes and controls.
• Maintain business and technical metadata and data catalog entries.
• Document data ownership, stewardship assignments, and data lineage.
• Support governance initiatives and artifacts deliverables.
• Perform data quality assessments and monitor metrics.
• Collaborate with Data Governance Managers and SMEs.
• Prepare governance documentation and recommendations.
