Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data catalogs, documentation, and data pipelines.
• Understand and document data ingestion, de-identification, and preprocessing workflows.
• Prepare submissions to IRB and manage data use agreements and training requirements.
• Coordinate GPU usage, accounts, and storage; monitor capacity and queue policies.
• Organize lab meetings, maintain documentation and the lab website.
