Brigham and Women\'s Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to collaborate with a critical care physician researcher on EHR data from ICU patients.

You will build data pipelines, maintain the MGB Critical Care Data Repository, and deliver research-ready datasets for investigators and quality improvement projects. You will work with Clarity, Snowflake, and cloud tools, performing data quality checks, developing visualizations, and supporting health services research on sepsis, shock, and

Qualifications

Experience with SQL, R, Python in healthcare data analysis.
Ability to create reports and dashboards with Tableau.
Experience analyzing large clinical datasets and producing reproducible results.
Strong background in statistics and machine learning concepts.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain data pipelines and analytic datasets from EHR data.
Develop data-ready ICU datasets in Snowflake and Clarity environments.
Create visualizations and reports to support research and quality initiatives.
Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to map, clean, and validate data.
Contribute to manuscripts and grant proposals with robust analyses.
