Job summary

Ktek Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Governance professional to lead enterprise data governance programs across data platforms and teams.

The role focuses on policies, standards, stewardship, data quality, classification, catalogs, and lineage, with hands-on governance of Purview, Azure, Fabric, and MongoDB environments.

Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Security, and Technology to enable Customer 360, data lake initiatives, and AI/GenAI data governance.

Qualifications

Preferred candidate profile

Senior Data Governance professional with [7-10] years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality, and enterprise data governance programs. Experienced in developing governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship models, data quality controls, data classification, business glossaries, data catalogs, and end-to-end data lineage.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric, including governance of data across Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL, Fabric OneLake, Lakehouses, pipelines, and semantic models. Experienced in governing relational, semi-structured, and NoSQL/MongoDB data environments.

Strong domain experience in [MLS / public records / tax assessor / deed & title / property / mortgage / consumer / demographic / geospatial] data, including data licensing, provenance, quality, privacy, usage restrictions, and regulatory requirements.

Experienced in partnering with Technology, Compliance, Legal, Security, Enterprise Risk, data owners, and business stakeholders to establish and operationalize enterprise data governance.
