Cox is seeking Data Governance and Management Interns to join our team and learn from experienced professionals. You will assist with metadata management, access controls, data quality, and governance projects while collaborating with Analysts, Managers, and Leaders across the business.

The role offers an hourly pay range and a chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced data governance environment with meaningful projects and mentor support.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and department analysts to understand data needs and requirements as part of IT initiatives.
• Document governance policies and management exceptions.
• Provide data management deliverables with oversight from the Data Governance Office.
• Support analytics teams and management with data management projects.
• Learn and apply governance in big data environments and data policies.
