D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Data Governance Manager to build and scale a modern governance capability that enables trusted data, responsible AI, and confident decision making.

You will establish practical operating practices for ownership, quality, metadata, policy, and stewardship while partnering across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will own the governance program, operating model, tooling, and team, and drive enterprise‑wide governance outcomes with a focus on

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IS/ data management or related field.
• 7+ years in data governance, data management, data quality or related experience.
• Knowledge of data catalogs, lineage, data quality, stewardship, privacy and definitions.
• Ability to translate governance policy into usable operating processes.
• Proven ability to work independently, own tasks and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Implement data governance standards, stewardship workflows, data quality and metadata.
• Partner with leadership to define critical data elements, KPIs and rules.
• Set team priorities, delegate domains and hold teams accountable.
• Coordinate onboarding for priority data products and domains.
• Track governance metrics and remediation progress.
• Represent governance in cross‑functional discovery and improvement activities.
• Stay current on data, AI and industry practices to create business value.
