Qualifications

• Three or more years in data governance/management or related
• Experience in program/strategy development and implementation

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the data governance vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Define governance objectives, priorities, and KPIs.
• Establish governance structures, roles, and responsibilities.
• Lead Data Governance Steering Committee operations.
• Design and implement governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure data classification, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with owners and stewards to identify data quality issues.
• Develop and enforce data security and privacy policies.
• Provide training and guidance on governance principles.
• Create metadata management processes and data dictionaries.
• Prepare governance reports and dashboards for leadership.
