Job summary

Federated Hermes is seeking a Data Governance Analyst in Warrendale, PA to join the Enterprise Data Office. The role focuses on analyzing and implementing data governance tools, establishing standards, and advancing the data governance framework across the enterprise.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with IT and business units, and help define the data governance strategy while supporting AI-enabled data solutions and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Science or comparable field; Master’s preferred
• Minimum 7 years of data governance or data management experience
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformational projects
• Financial sector experience with asset management background preferred
• Strong SQL and data profiling skills; knowledge of BI tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze, define, implement, and promote data governance tools and assets
• Define strategy for data governance solutions and roadmaps
• Establish standards for data quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Collaborate to leverage AI to accelerate adoption of governance tools
• Lead global data governance projects ensuring requirements are met across data domains
• Document data governance use cases and business needs, including metadata management
