Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a data-related field.
• 8+ years in Data Governance/Data Management/Data Quality.
• Strong metadata management and governance framework knowledge.
• Experience with governance platforms (Collibra/Alation/Purview).
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, and SQL concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
• CDMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain enterprise data governance policies and standards.
• Drive data quality, metadata management, and data stewardship initiatives.
• Maintain business glossaries, data lineage, and governance documentation.
• Partner with business, engineering, analytics, and security teams to support governance initiatives.
• Facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder communications, and training programs.
• Promote data governance best practices and organizational adoption.
