Job summary

The Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. Summer College Internship Program offers a 10-week paid internship for undergraduates and graduates to engage in development workshops, network, and work on meaningful projects across multiple tracks including Business Administration, Information Technology, Analytics & Data, and more.

Interns gain hands-on experience under a mentor, with opportunities to develop in governance, data management, and AI governance practices, while delivering impactful project

Qualifications

• Majors/degree programs include Business, Computing Sciences & IT, Mathematics & Data Science or similar.
• Experience with data analysis concepts and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document processes clearly.
• Familiarity with data governance, data management, or AI governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program operations, data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and deliverables.
• Complete tasks based on business needs and department priorities.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
