Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Data Management Analyst to advance data governance and analytics across the MAG BMP. The role focuses on defining data needs, analyzing data, visualizing insights, and promoting governance adoption in a first-shift, onsite setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in data analytics and expertise in data governance, dashboards, and reporting, with strong stakeholder communication and independent work skills. Location flexibility includes East Aurora, NY, or Torrance, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, governance, or related area.
• Strong data concepts: prep, modeling, visualization, interpretation.
• Ability to connect analytics to business processes and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deploy data governance practices and data fluency initiatives across the program.
• Define and document business data requirements and reporting needs.
• Collect, prepare, analyze, and visualize data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports translating data into actionable insights for users.
• Support governance adoption and ensure data standards and ownership.
