Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Masters preferred.
• 7+ years in data warehousing, governance, or analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for complex analysis.
• Experience building reusable data models from disparate sources.
• Strong collaboration across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the enterprise data governance framework.
• Translate policy into processes within the cloud data platform.
• Define data dictionaries, glossaries, and metadata catalogs.
• Monitor data quality and KPIs; report to governance council.
• Design scalable enterprise data models for BI/AI needs.
