Job summary

Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to design and enforce data governance processes that ensure data quality and availability across our digital ecosystem. You will work with Analytics, Engineering, and Technology Activation teams to understand client reporting needs and translate them into actionable data workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to document requirements and support automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree. Degree in a related field is a plus (i.e. STEM, Economics, MIS, BI, Marketing, etc.).
• 1-2 years of experience working with large data sets or conducting quantitative analysis.
• Strong communication skills. Ability to speak and write professionally. Ability and comfort with presenting work via video call or within small and large in-person groups.
• Strong organizational skills. Ability to track progress and next steps across multiple tasks and provide regular status updates to Team Leadership.
• Critical thinker and a self-starter. Ability to learn through self-led trainings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• World-class customer service skills. Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understanding their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with core Analytics teams to understand client reporting requirements and processes.
• Help implement standardized data governance processes and data management practices.
• Produce clear documentation to facilitate automation of data processing.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability.
