State Farm is hiring software engineers to transform the P&C analytic user experience into a seamless self-service workflow. You will design, develop, and support data and software solutions, enabling users to discover P&C data instantly and generate trusted insights.

Expect collaboration in a hybrid environment near Tempe, AZ, with opportunities to leverage AI/ML and modern tech. You will participate in full SDLC, contribute to sprint planning, and apply a DevOps/DataOps mindset to ensure data

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (ex: Python, React, Java).
• Experience with AWS services (RDS, S3, Lambda).
• Experience with testing (unit & integration).
• Strong observability and defect resolution skills.
• Experience building automated test suites and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containers and infra/plat capabilities.
• Solid system workflow design and architecture knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Git and version control.
• Willingness to share knowledge and grow a team.
• Critical thinking to apply the right tech.

Responsibilities
