Quality Pharmacy/Quality Life Services is seeking a Data Entry Technician to manage pharmacy orders, communicate with nursing facilities for clarification, and ensure accurate entry of patient data. This role emphasizes attention to detail and timely data handling within a supportive healthcare team.

Qualifications

1 year experience as a Data Entry Technician preferred.
PTCB Certification preferred.
Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Manage pharmacy orders and triage as needed.
Communicate with nursing facilities for order clarification.
Retrieve prescriptions from Physicians.
Enter pharmacy orders accurately and timely.
Update patient profiles with allergies and current medications.
File and maintain delivery manifests.
Answer pharmacy phones and help customers.
Provide support for other pharmacy associates.
