Job summary

Finney's Institutional Pharmacy in North Canton, OH is hiring a Data Entry Technician to accurately enter medication orders for institutional and long-term care patients. The role requires attention to detail and timely data entry to support daily operations.

Full-time position with hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, working closely with pharmacy staff and customers to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with policies. Applicability of a pharmacy technician license is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician license from the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 1 year data entry experience in pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in required training
• Review and follow all applicable policies and procedures
• Input customer and prescription data into the computer system
• Work directly with customers and/or customer facilities to enter accurate information
• Ensure new and refill orders are entered before cut-off deadline
• Document issues and suggestions using proper company policies and procedures
• Complete other job-related tasks to support business operations when assigned on an as-needed basis

Job Description:

Finney's Institutional Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Technician to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will ensure the fast, accurate, and efficient entry of medication orders to support our institutional and long-term care patients.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in required training
• Review and follow all applicable policies and procedures
