The Data Entry Clerk will assist with a variety of tasks in R&D, Quality Assurance, and general operations, including logging information, organizing materials, and supporting the overall efficiency of the department. Food science knowledge is required along with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Logging: Accurately log and record data related to product batches, quality checks, and production activities.
• Inventory Management: Help with organizing and storing materials, ingredients, and products in designated areas.
• R&D Support: Assist the R&D team by preparing ingredients, setting up samples, and maintaining lab materials.
• Quality Assurance Tasks: Support quality checks by helping inspect product samples, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Miscellaneous Department Tasks: Provide general assistance to the team by helping with various department needs, including maintaining equipment, cleaning, and other essential duties.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations across the department and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Visitor Reception: Act as the front-line “face” of the company by greeting visitors at the door, providing directions, and answering basic questions with a positive and professional attitude.
