Job summary

iFlow Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Tech to help transition tooling and fixture data from 2D Excel logs into Rivian's 3D modeling app. You will analyze 2D fixture images and Excel shim logs, cross-reference them with 3D digital twin models, and input details into the new application.

Location is Normal, Illinois with a hybrid schedule for a 2+ month project and 7–15 years of experience expected. The role focuses on accurate data capture and discrepancy reporting to support quality engineering

Qualifications

• Experience entering data from 2D fixtures and Excel logs with accuracy.
• Able to cross-reference 2D data with 3D digital twin models.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input and validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze 2D data: review 2D Excel spreadsheets and embedded fixture images to locate target shim log records and specifications.
• Verify against 3D models: navigate the 3D model app, locate corresponding 3D fixture unit, compare 2D data against 3D representation for accuracy.
• Data input & integration: record, verify, and enter all fixture and shim log details into the 3D application interface.
• Discrepancy reporting: flag and document inconsistencies between legacy 2D spreadsheets and 3D models for quality review.

Responsibility

• Analyze 2D Data: Review 2D Excel spreadsheets and embedded fixture images to locate target shim log records and specifications.
• Verify against 3D Models: Navigate our 3D model app, locate the corresponding 3D fixture unit, and compare the 2D visual/data points against the 3D representation to ensure accuracy.
• Data Input & Integration: Accurately record, verify, and enter all fixture and shim log details directly into the 3D application interface.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Flag and document any inconsistencies between the legacy 2D spreadsheet logs and the 3D models for quality engineering review.
