Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy under high-volume conditions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and interpreting spreadsheet logs.
Comfort learning and working within a 3D modeling or digital twin application.
Ability to visually cross-reference 2D images/data against 3D representations.
Strong written communication skills for discrepancy documentation.

Responsibilities

Analyze 2D data: Review 2D Excel spreadsheets and embedded fixture images to locate target shim log records and specifications.
Verify against 3D models: Navigate the 3D model application, locate the corresponding 3D fixture unit, and compare 2D data points against the 3D representation to ensure accuracy.
Data input & integration: Accurately record, verify, and enter all fixture and shim log details into the 3D application interface.
Discrepancy reporting: Flag and document any inconsistencies between legacy 2D logs and 3D models for quality engineering review.
