Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery is seeking a data entry clerk to accurately input data into our billing system for accounts receivable and assist customers at the walk-in counter in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused approach. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with hourly pay between $18 and $20 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and open walk-in counter daily.
• Greet and assist customers with parcels for shipment.
• Utilize hand-held pad to enter packages for pick up or inbound scans.
• Accurately enter package information into billing system using the 10-key portion of a keyboard as well as a desk top scanner.
• Interact with customers via telephone and email regarding questions concerning their daily shipping paperwork.
• Balance and count cash drawer daily.
• Sort billing sheets into numerical order.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Hours and Wages

• Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM
• $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
