Smart Data Solutions is seeking remote Data Entry Specialists to join our team. The role focuses on accurate data entry, verification, and adherence to PHI privacy standards within a fully remote setup across the United States.

You will work with established data management processes and contribute to efficient workflow solutions. Ideal candidates demonstrate fast typing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly, while maintaining dependable, high-quality output

Qualifications

• 40+ WPM typing speed; 4500 KPH ten key.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Confidential handling of PHI and adherence to procedures.

Data Entry Specialist

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for remote Data Entry Specialists to join our team!

What you’ll be doing?

Principal Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve both quality and production standards.
• Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision.
• Complete understanding of business rules.
• Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential
• Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pay and Available Schedule

• $12 per hour
• Full-time openings available.
• Preferred shifts 4:00pm CST - 12:00am CST, Monday-Friday.
