AAA CREDIT SERVICE COLLECTION is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. You will accurately transfer information into our database, verify data, update records, and create spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate is a fast, precise typist with strong computer skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities include entering information from customers, creating Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy, producing reports, and backing up data.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position is preferred.
• Experience in Debt Collections is a plus.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm with high accuracy.
• Understanding of databases and data integrity.
• Familiarity with office equipment (computers, printers).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Use a keyboard or scanners to transfer information into the database system.
• Collect information from customers and enter into the database.
• Create accurate spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
• Confirm data accuracy by comparing to original documents.
• Create reports or retrieve data from the database.
• Perform regular data backups and maintain filing systems.
