  • Ability to lift and move records/files weighing up to 25 pounds.

  • Perform other administrative and records-related duties as assigned.

The Medical Records Digitization Specialist is responsible for preparing, scanning, indexing, organizing, and quality-checking paper medical records for conversion to electronic format. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy while handling sensitive health information. The position will support document management and archiving activities in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
