ESG Consulting seeks two entry-level accounting assistants for a contract role in downtown Atlanta. You will be trained in invoicing data entry with potential to convert to a full-time position after two years.

No prior accounting experience is required; training provided. The role starts onsite, then transitions to a hybrid schedule with two remote days per week, contingent on performance. High school diploma required; drug and background checks apply.

We are looking for 2 Individuals to join a large corporate organization on contract with the potential to convert to a full-time employee after 2 years. You will be trained in an accounting department to analyze invoices and perform data entry . This is a position that gives you a career and career growth in an accounting office. No experience necessary, you will be trained. You must pass a drug screen, criminal background checks, Employment verification and education verification. A degree is not needed. But you must have graduated high school.

This job requires you to be onsite for several weeks during training and over a period of time you will be allowed to transition slowly to working from home 2 days a week remote and 3days on site after you prove your work ethic. To remain working 2 days a week remotely your production and work ethic must remain high level. Work location is downtown Atlanta.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Scanning and archiving documents/invoices
• Process invoices; review Invoice data, match Purchase Order numbers (PO#’s) by project
• Determine which fund sources are correct to pay
• Determine if projects have enough funds to pay invoices.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors
• Ability to prioritize work to meet project deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
