Job summary

STIIIZY in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Data Entry Operator to manage intake and inventory of cannabis products in our manufacturing facility. You will transfer data from paper and electronic files into our database and validate production data across METRC and internal systems.

We value accurate, fast data entry, with proficiency in MS Office/Google tools and a 60 wpm typing speed. Candidates must be 21+, work overtime when needed, and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 1 year data-entry experience preferred.
  • METRC data-entry knowledge required.
  • High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data from paper and electronic sources into designated systems.
  • Verify accuracy and integrity of inventory data and paperwork.
  • Audit inventory forms and reconcile discrepancies in METRC and internal systems.
  • Maintain organized source documents and data files.

Job description

TheData Entry Operatorisresponsible forintake and inventory of Cannabis productin the manufacturing facility.This position reviews andmaintainsall manufacturing data andvalidatesproduction in the operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently knowledgeableand compliantwith allRulesand Regulations.Followscompany policies and state guidelines.
  • Compiles, verifiesaccuracy,and sorts information according to priorities.
  • Transfer data from paper and electronic files into a database system.
  • Sorts and organizes electronic files after entering data.
  • Maintains files of source documents or other informationrelativeto data entered.
  • Performsdata-entry tasks, making tags and manifests.
  • Reviewsdata for deficiencies or errors.
  • Audits Inventory Control Forms with METRC, Air Tabel and other internal data systems toidentifydiscrepancies.
  • Ensures proper classification and accuracy of inventory.
  • Assistsin or performs the filing and storage of security and backup data files.Retrievesdata and reports from databasesasrequested.
  • Ensuresaccuracy on all received orders.Identifyand elevate any discrepancies to management.
  • Complieswithcompany commitments andobjectives.
  • Maintain highest standards of security and compliance by adhering to all receiving, quarantine, handling, and storage requirements inMETRCand other databases.

  • Strong computer & clerical skills. Technicalexpertise.
  • Strong understanding of relevant databases.
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
  • Must beproficient inMicrosoft& Googleprocessing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Fast typing skills: 60 wpm
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computerhardwareand peripheral devices.
  • Detailoriented.Ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment to meet required deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and conduct yourself professionally, with excellent written and verbal communicationskills.

Education & Experience:
  • A minimum of 1-yearpreviousdata entry experience.
  • Proven experience as a METRC data entry clerk with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Possesses working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management System orERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)necessary.
  • METRCknowledgerequired.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be over 21 years ofage
  • METRC experiencerequired.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
  • Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanicalassistance
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
  • Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
