Job summary

STIIIZY is hiring Inventory Associates to manage daily retail inventory, verify shipments, and ensure accurate labeling for METRC and POS systems. You will stock the floor, assist with cycle counts, and support store operations to deliver a top-notch cannabis shopping experience.

Open availability is preferred; full-time status with company benefits and growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience in retail environment preferred (1–2 years).
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets/Docs.
• METRC or similar seed-to-sale tracking software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day inventory management at the retail storefront.
• Verify shipments and receipts and organize products on the floor and in storage.
• Ensure proper labeling and compliance with METRC and POS systems.

Position Overview

Inventory Associatesare responsible forday-to-dayinventory management at the retail storefront. They ensure inventory counts and shipments areaccurate. Theyassistin verification and receiving product shipments and in the organization of products within storage and on the sales floor. They also ensure products are received within the California Track and Trace system (METRC) and POSsystem andhaveappropriate labelsbefore being transferred to the sales floor. Theyare responsible forproper product flow to ensure all products are readily available for customers by stocking the sales floor per business needs.

• Collaborate with staff to improve standard operating procedures and strategies to increase sales and better customer experience.

• Responsible for receiving and verifying all deliveries against the Manifest

• Responsible for keeping track of products using FIFO

• Responsible for receiving,verifyingand processing all new inventory inPoint-of-Salesystem

• Responsible for stocking the sales floor and ensuring all active inventory is represented on the sales floor ina timelyand efficient manner

• Execute order fulfillment cycles with accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure compliant andaccuratelabeling of products for efficient POS practices.

• Monitor productexpirationdates and process expired or waste products according to proper compliance procedures and update/maintainlog of all defective or expired products

• Maintain organization and storage of Cannabis products according to DCC and California Compliance standards.

• Audit the physical inventory to ensure accuracy with numbers reflected in the system

• Assistwith daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory evaluation and verification procedures

• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies

• Maintainan accurateaccount of non-stock and unavailable inventory

• Implement cannabis waste procedures and schedule per California Compliance Standards

• Prep all newSKUs to be merchandised on the sales floorfornew products to be displayedin a timely manner

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older

• OSHA certification preferred

• Inventory experience in a retail environment preferred (1-2 years)

• Strong math and analytical skills

• Proficiencyusing Microsoft Excel and Word and/or Google Sheets and Google Docs

• METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software experience (preferred)
