• Conduct telephone surveys and accurately enter data into survey software
• Read survey scripts verbatim and follow all survey guidelines
• Document call attempts, assign appropriate codes, and schedule follow-up appointments
• Use neutral probing techniques to gather accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of all records and data
• Complete required HIPAA and other mandatory trainings
• Attend staff meetings, supervisor check-ins, and training sessions
