Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and precision. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate customer information in our databases while also addressing customer inquiries and providing support via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer data into the database in a timely manner.
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Verify and correct data errors to ensure the integrity of customer information.
- Assist in processing orders and tracking shipments as required.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information in compliance with data protection regulations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
