What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and enter all authorizations for each regional center into the proprietary software
- Act as the point person for all authorization inquiries within the office
- Communicate effectively with Regional Center accounting, case management, and internal support staff
- Research authorizations with Regional Center staff as needed
- Identify and resolve issues requiring adjustments to authorization entries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of payroll and/or customer service experience within the last four years
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Experience in customer service, retail, healthcare, or caregiving fields
- Familiarity with data entry and authorization processes
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
