Job summary

ALS is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to accurately input customer data from labels and forms into our laboratory information management system. You will follow SOPs, load data with precision, and handle 200+ samples daily while coordinating with the lab for test packages and priority requests.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of laboratory data-entry experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, LIMS, and online references.

Responsibilities

• Enter data received from customers into the laboratory information system.
• Follow guidelines for data loading and update as needed.
• Process 200+ samples daily and ensure correct tests are performed.
• Assist with sample handling, storage, and retrieval as required.
• Communicate changes to test packages and priority requests to the lab.
