Job summary

Blount Fine Foods in Fall River, MA is seeking a second shift production associate to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will follow procedures, record data, and work as part of a team to meet production targets.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can adapt to busy shift changes, and has a high school diploma or GED. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify dept HACCP paperwork.
• Register and record key process steps; from start to finish of batch.
• Assist w/ Pack out line set-up.
• Enter all recipes into the Production database systems.
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues; communicate w/ Lead, Coordinator.
• Production Support as needed.

This is a second shift position and start time is 4:30pm.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 to $17.43 per hour. Summary: This position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a \"can do attitude\", and the ability to follow procedures. Person must be detailed and team oriented.
