Job summary

FAM Brands in Kentucky is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Production & Design team onsite. You will handle large data sets, ensure accuracy, and support reporting and operational data needs while developing a path into Production or Product Development.

Ideal candidates are Excel experts with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and strong prioritization skills. You’ll manage workloads with minimal supervision and collaborate with internal teams to maintain data standards and

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented data entry with high accuracy
• Experience with large datasets and operational spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Excel required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in internal systems and spreadsheets
• Review and validate data to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy
• Process PO/Invoices
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and resolve or escalate as needed
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines throughout the day while maintaining data accuracy
• Maintain organized documentation and follow established data standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting and operational data needs
