• Know the follow up procedure associated with obtaining any missing data required for processing
• Provide customer service to customer account reps or patients, answer phone, follow up with orders, files, tracking patient’s orders and status, etc.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Data Entry Clerk enters customer orders by inputting alphabetic and numeric information into computer system on a keyboard. We have a full-time position available on 2nd shift with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour!

The hours for this position are 4:30pm - 1:00am, Monday through Friday.

You must be able to type 40 WPM with an Accuracy of 90%.

Work Environment

This position operates mostly in an office setting located adjacent to an optical laboratory. The temperature can vary the noise level such as phones ringing may be slightly distracting.
