As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to support our team by ensuring accurate data management across various business functions.

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in maintaining accurate customer, order, and inventory records. You will support our sales, customer service, and operations teams by ensuring the data they rely on is complete, consistent, and up to date.

Responsibilities:

Enter and update customer, membership, and order data into CRM and POS systems.

Assist with inventory tracking, product updates, and data reconciliation.

Process and track orders, shipments, and customer inquiries.

Prepare and maintain guest lists for events and tastings.

Digitize tasting notes, product descriptions, and marketing data.

Support accounting with invoice data entry and record keeping.

Identify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Ensure all data privacy and security standards are followed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.

Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); experience with CRM or POS systems is a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.

Must be currently located in the United States and legally authorized to work. International applicants will not be considered.

Competitive hourly pay: $22.50 - $25.52 per hour.
