The position is contract to hire, with a Mon-Fri schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and an hourly pay range of $16.00–$18.00. You will accurately process prescription and product information, perform quality control, and support data entry and invoicing workflows to ensure timely shipments.

• Must be detail oriented and able to meet performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Accurately process prescription and product information in the system, ensuring all incoming work is entered and shipped the same day.
• Perform quality control on data entry and invoicing by reviewing records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Retrieve case histories and accurately enter remake cases into the system.
• Pack and unpack customer cases with close attention to all materials, notes, bite components, and small pieces, ensuring items are properly routed and not discarded.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, communicate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers, and perform other duties as assigned.
