Job summary

Q-Lab Corporation is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support documentation and data entry across cross-functional teams. The role is fully onsite in Wittmann, AZ, reporting to the Office Manager and requiring strong Excel usage and English communication.

Responsibilities include data entry across multiple systems, generating and filing test documentation, and ensuring timely action on issues. A high school diploma or GED and experience with Excel are required, with additional data management

Q-Lab Corporation is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk in Wittmann, AZ. Reporting to the Office Manager, this position will be responsible for providing documentation and data entry support across cross-functional teams, ensuring that needed actions are taken efficiently, correctly, and on time. Utilizing various in-house systems and Excel, the Data Entry role is expected to transfer data accurately across needed systems.

This position is fully onsite in Wittmann, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of test details and task scheduling across multiple systems
• Set up evaluation reports so that service results can be recorded
• Generate test documentation, either virtually or in print, for operations
• File, virtually and physically, test documentation, as needed
• Provide timely communication of systems errors and follow-up on open items

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• High degree of experience in data entry, both in Excel and in other management software systems
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Desired Skills

• Highly skilled use of Excel – ability to generate pivot tables, utilize Excel formulas, etc.
• Experience in beta testing/software testing and effectively communicating issues and bugs
