Pay Rate: $19-$21/hr Plus GREAT BENEFITS!!

Job Responsibilities
  • Performs accurate data entry using a variety of platforms.
  • Inputs data into a tracking database or system.
  • Retrieves documents or responds to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or e-mail.
  • Assists with general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and ordering supplies.
  • Performs various routine and defined clerical tasks in an office environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Not responsible for supervising employees.
Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED.

Preferred Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to interpret graphs.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and graphics.
  • Basic communication skills; ability to write brief messages and keep simple records; may explain routine procedures.
  • Routine, somewhat repetitive problem-solving following clear directions and procedures.
  • Decisions typically impact individual job or specific area.
  • Works under broad guidance with results defined and practices as guidelines.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle routine tasks appropriately.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Primarily sedentary work; must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently.
  • Periodic travel, including overnight stays, may be required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
