Staffmark is hiring a Data Entry Clerk in Blythewood, SC. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to support a fast-paced distribution center, this is your opportunity to join a dedicated team and grow your career.



Pay: $16.50/hour



Schedule:



  • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Friday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Overtime may extend shift to 3:30 PM)



Responsibilities:



  • Gather, enter, and maintain building performance metrics

  • Update production reports and freight bill data in company systems

  • Verify and resolve data discrepancies

  • Print and distribute shipping barcodes, trailer ASNs, and other documentation

  • Prepare packets, file documents, and fax exception reports as needed

  • Communicate with freight carriers and vendors regarding shipments

  • Assist with receptionist duties as required

  • Follow all procedures and instructions from management



Qualifications:



  • 9,000-10,000 keystrokes per minute preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and warehouse/distribution systems

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary
