Job summary

A prominent service provider is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join their team in Fresno, California. This full-time position requires good keyboard and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. The role involves identifying order and survey information issues while providing ongoing support to colleagues. Training will be provided, so previous experience is not mandatory. Shift hours range from weekdays 9am to 7pm and every other Saturday from 9am to 3pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our systems.

Job description

We provide full training so you will be confident in our systems and processes and be able to identify issues with order / survey information which need to be escalated to your Team Leader. You will also benefit from ongoing support from your colleagues and Team Leader to continuously build your knowledge of our products.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, however this is not essential. We are seeking people who have:

• Good keyboard skills and attention to detail
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• A calm, professional approach

This is a full time role, working 40 hours a week, working the following shift times:

8 hour Shifts between 9am - 7pm weekdays (2 7pm finishes per week)

Every other Saturday a 5 hour shift between 9am - 3pm
