Job summary

Gadget Doctor Technology L.L.C. is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to perform real-time IVR correction by listening to customer utterances during live calls and entering information into our system.

This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent listening, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly between utterances with minimal downtime. A quiet home workspace is required, with a desktop computer and monitor, wired internet, and compliance with hardware

Job description

provide real-time interactive voice response (IVR) correction by listening to customer voice clips(“utterances”) of live calls and capturing the appropriate concept or data and entering the information into an innovative system.

Support a varietyclients; program is not specific to one particular client of Interactions.

The nature of the service is moving live calls along that are in a set pattern or a “call flow process” in which the IVR could not recognize certain words (gets stuck).

The IVR system needs yourassistance to move the call on in less than a second to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

There is no interaction with customers. This is a real-time data entry only program.Will be required to follow strict quality standards to ensure contacts have been coded correctly and are completed efficiently.

A desktop/tower computer with a separate monitor is recommended. Dual boot machines, Netbooks, and Tablets are prohibited from use.All-in-One computers are not currently compatible with any client programs.
