Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Technical Specialist in Data Engineering for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. You will own the end-to-end data pipeline, moving data from OLTP systems into OLAP environments and designing scalable data models using open-source technologies.

You will work with Apache Iceberg, Debezium, Kafka, Flink, and AWS, with hands-on production experience essential. Prior exposure to Databricks, PostgreSQL, Python, PySpark, and the financial services sector is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience designing and supporting enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with OLTP-to-OLAP data movement, Iceberg, CDC, data modeling, and AWS.
• Knowledge of Databricks, PostgreSQL, Python, PySpark, or financial services industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data pipeline from ingestion to analytics.
• Design scalable data models and implement CDC solutions.
• Build robust ETL/data transformation pipelines and analytics platform."
• Collaborate with technical leaders and contribute to enterprise data architecture.
