Safelite is seeking a Manager of Data Engineering in Columbus to modernize legacy data pipelines, focusing on ingestion, replication, and CI/CD. You will lead a team of data engineers, ensuring scalable, reliable data infrastructure and high data quality for analytics engineers and embedded analysts.

The role emphasizes building scalable ETL pipelines, cloud-native tooling, and governance while mentoring staff and driving data strategy aligned with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4-6 years in data engineering or analytics.
• 1-3 years leading a technical team.
• Strong ETL/ELT experience with Buildkite, AWS Glue, Informatica.
• Proficiency in Snowflake or BigQuery and SQL.
• Experience with Python and data tooling like dbt, Airflow.
• Ability to mentor developers and manage data teams.
• Understanding of data governance and security practices.

Responsabilidades
